Private file access
Record files and capture photos use private storage and controlled download links rather than public file directories.
Tenant boundaries
Application checks and database row-level security enforce organization boundaries for tenant data.
Audit history
Material CRM operations record what changed and who performed the action, alongside operational activity history.
Protected connections
The application uses HTTPS. Database connections verify TLS certificates, and storage encryption is configured.
