Information you choose to share
When you request a demo, we ask for your name, work email, company, team size, product interest, and an optional message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss CamSales with you. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in your message.
How the form works
Enquiries are stored in Cambiante’s designated sales workspace in CamSales, where authorized sales administrators and managers can assign them, add internal notes, and link them to a sales lead. A notification is also sent to our sales email inbox through Cambiante’s mail gateway. A failed notification does not delete the saved enquiry. We retain the submission identifier with the enquiry to prevent duplicate records on retry. This does not create a user account for you.
Operational information
Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the website and help prevent abuse. The enquiry endpoint uses a hashed IP-derived rate-limit key with a short retention period. Submitted enquiry text is not written to application diagnostic logs.
Optional usage measurement
Usage measurement is off until you choose “Allow counts.” We count page views, demo-button clicks, successful form submissions, and product-tour starts and completions. Only known page names and a limited list of campaign/source labels are accepted. We do not send names, email addresses, form content, help-search terms, complete referring URLs, or visitor/session identifiers in these measurements. Counts are not unique-visitor totals.
Your preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. If you opt in, a limited campaign/source label is kept in session storage as you move between pages. Random per-event identifiers prevent retry double-counting; older identifiers and aggregate counts are cleaned up periodically as new measurements arrive, targeting two days and 90 days respectively. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests keep measurement off. You can change your choice using “Usage preferences” in the footer.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Your enquiry is not an automatic subscription to a marketing mailing list. Product-tour data is fictional and stays in browser memory; refreshing or resetting the tour clears your changes.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted, or ask us to stop following up. We will review and respond to your request, including any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Using the CamSales application
This website notice does not replace the customer agreement or data-processing terms for a CamSales workspace. Those arrangements, including retention and support requirements, should be agreed before customer onboarding.
